iT6139 DPSK/Duobinary Encoder and Driver Module
The iT6139 is a complete DPSK/duobinary encoder and driver in a compact SMT package. Its adjustable output of 6 to 10 Vpp reaches 2*Vpi required by LiNbO3 modulators while providing margin for loop control. Single-ended clock and data inputs eliminate the need for phase-matched traces, simplifying the board layout, and the clock input and DPSK output are AC-coupled.
iT6138 12-GHz Clock Driver
The iT6138 clock driver is an excellent choice for clock alignment in optical RZ signaling, and combines output of up to 8 Vpp, a 12 GHz maximum input clock frequency, and the ability to vary phase by up to 120 ps. It also has an onboard peak detector and a reference diode for AGC.
