This instrument will work together with a sampling oscilloscope as a high-bandwidth real-time oscilloscope with frequency range of 20 GHz. Tests have been done with High-energy charged particle accelerator beams and with an impulse signal generator. The instrument utilizes fiber-optics and electronics, with unique state of art technology to measure single-shot, very short multi-channel signals.
